The Monolith ICON and Junior PRO-Series 2 - Fire Plate is a 6-mm thick steel fire plate with a diameter of 600 mm is placed on top of the Monolith ICON or Junior PRO-Series 2 when the removable lid has been removed, allowing the ICON fire plate to be placed directly on top turning an ICON or Junior PRO-Series 2 into a plancha or teppanyaki-style grill with different temperature zones. An initial burn-in is recommended prior to the first use as best results are achieved after oil has been burnt into the Fire Plate
